Theatre magic happens when creative visions are met with technical knowledge.
I’m passionate about building this bridge working as a member of the stage management department.
During my time at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, I worked on productions in different positions in multiple departments and venues and I truly value this experience. I have experience in different genres including Shakespearean and modern plays, plays in British Sign Language, Musicals, Operas and Contemporary performances in English and German. These experiences prepared me for my work in stage management and help me being able to empathise with colleagues in other departments and to create a collaborative environment.
Prior to starting at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, I have completed an apprenticeship in Germany as an event technician. I have previously worked at an opera festival as a stage technician where I improved my technical capabilities.
Ever since graduating, I have completed online courses and attended workshops to add to my skillset. I have previously worked at a COVID - 19 test site to support the NHS and was responsible for the workforce testing.
I am currently working at the Pitlochry Festival Theatre in rural Perthshire for the summer season as an ASM on "Sunshine on Leith" and "Little Women" and ASM Book Cover on "Under Another Sky".
